Project summary

Convenient and easy parking at the most famous mountain resort in the Czech Republic

Even before the ski season, we participated in the commissioning of several large parking lots in one of the most famous mountain resorts in the Czech Republic.

Špindlerův Mlýn is the most visited ski resort in our country and is visited by tens of thousands of visitors every year.

Therefore, it is important that there is an opportunity to park comfortably, quickly and clearly. And all this is fulfilled by the CrossPark parking system from Cross Zlín a.s., which has been our long-term business partner in the field of integrating payment technologies into parking systems for 8 years.

CrossPark is a barrier parking system for modern parking, which was implemented here in 3 parking lots. In Medvědín, Hromovec and Bedřichov you will find 4 entry and 4 exit stands equipped with our unattended payment terminals. And since Špindlerův Mlýn is challenging in terms of weather and temperature conditions in winter, payment terminals with the highest resistance of IK10 and IP65 protection were integrated into the entrance stands.

For smooth operation and quick check-in of visitors, the parking systems are also equipped with license plate reading for automatic opening of the barrier, vehicle height measurement for determining parking rates and limiting bus entry to some parking lots. We implemented the payment technology via the CR2 protocol into the control system that monitors and controls individual parking lots. These are then equipped with automatic information signs where parkers can see the current occupancy of individual parking lots.

If parking fees are required in the parking lots, visitors can use 6 cash registers, where in addition to cash and GOPASS cards, you can also use a fast contactless payment for parking fees by credit card. The Self/4000 payment terminals integrated here are characterized by simple installation and NFC payment technology.

Parking in Špindel is therefore fast, easy and convenient. And we are glad that we were able to participate in its implementation.
