CrossPark parking systems in the most visited mountain resort in the Czech Republic
Špindlerův Mlýn is one of the most popular mountain resorts in the Czech Republic. It isnt nicknamed the Czceh Aspen for nothing. Crowds of tourists flock here every year in the summer and winter seasons, and to make parking in the adjacent parking lots convenient, fast and clear, we installed the CrossPark system here.
CrossPark is a barrier parking system for modern parking, which was implemented in a total of 3 parking lots. In Medvědín, Hromovce and Bedřichov, we have installed 4 entry and 4 exit terminals, 8 barriers and 6 payment terminals, where you can pay with coins, and banknotes, but also with a bank card.
The installation includes 3 servers on which the monitoring and control software is located, which is an integral part of the parking system. Parking lot visitors will encounter a camera that will read their license plate, enabling a smoother check-in. Vehicle height measurement technology recognizes whether a car, van or bus is arriving at the parking lot and, based on this information, evaluates the correct parking tariff.
All three parking lots are connected to automatic information signs that inform visitors about the occupancy of the given parking lot and the possibility of finding another free parking space.
