Feasibility study
When preparing a project, we conduct feasibility studies of parking systems, which analyze the design area, conflicts with utility networks, and propose optimal technical solutions. We create clear and comprehensible schematic designs for our domestic and foreign clients, which provide a clear idea of the functionality and capacity of the parking facility.
Project documentation
CROSS design covers all steps from discussions with state authorities and utility network administrators, through the incorporation of comments, to the submission of documentation to the building authority. Thanks to a systematic approach and technical know-how, risks during implementation are minimized and the full functionality of parking technologies is ensured.
DPS and implementation
Based on the approved plan, we prepare detailed documentation for the construction (DPS), which includes technical reports, site plans, detailed parking system solutions, and an itemized budget for efficient and safe parking. During implementation, we use modern surveying and GPS technology, such as TRIMBLE R6, Sokkia GNSS GCX3, or the SOKKIA iX503 robotic station, for accurate route marking and surveying of the actual construction. After completion, we process the DSPS, which documents the actual implementation of the designed technologies.
