Low-Speed CrossWIM is a low-speed Weigh-In-Motion system designed for accurate weighing of vehicles in motion in controlled traffic environments. It enables automatic weight control, vehicle detection, and traffic data collection while maintaining smooth traffic flow without the need to stop.
The solution is particularly suitable for logistics centers, industrial sites, ports, terminals, or checkpoints where rapid vehicle inspection is required without causing traffic jams or delays.

Low-Speed CrossWIM is optimized for operations where vehicles pass through the checkpoint at reduced speeds. The system enables reliable dynamic weighing at speeds from1 km/h while providing detailed data about the vehicle and its passage without the need to install static scales. The weighing process is automatic, without human intervention.

Reliable vehicle detection without loops
Vehicle detection is based on laser LiDAR technology, which enables contactless detection of passing vehicles without the need to install induction loops in the road surface. This makes installation easier and requires less construction work, while detection reliability exceeds 99%.

Low-Speed CrossWIM is a modular solution that can be configured according to the specific application and required accuracy. The system supports various types of WIM sensors and can be expanded with camera systems, license plate recognition, signaling elements, or barriers. All data is available in a unified web interface CrossWIM Web, which allows measurement management, record archiving, and connection to higher-level systems.
