Modernization of the parking system at the Hvězda parking lot in Karlova Studánka
CROSS Zlín, a.s. together with Parkum.cz participated in the modernization of the Hvězda parking lot in Karlova Studánka.
Customers can now use online payment and reservation of parking spaces through Parkum.cz, while maintaining cash and credit card payments. Municipal office of Karlova Studánka appreciates the efficiency of this service and the satisfaction of visitors. The new signs, price lists and navigation elements in the form of QR codes have been installed in the car park, which should significantly improve information for visitors from the Czech Republic and abroad. According to the mayor, the implementation of the project in this form is a confirmation of the commitment to modern trends and the provision of a superior level of customer service.
