CrossWIM high-speed
High-speed CrossWIM is an advanced HS-WIM system designed for high-speed weighing in motion without the need to stop the vehicles. It is used for accurate measurement of vehicle weight, traffic classification, traffic statistics, and automatic detection of overloaded vehicles.
High-speed weighing of trucks
Unlike Low-Speed CrossWIM (LS-WIM) systems, which are designed for low speeds, High-Speed CrossWIM enables reliable dynamic weighing at normal road traffic speeds. This makes it the ideal solution for highways, first-class roads, and busy transit corridors.
The system is designed as a modular WIM platform that can be configured according to the required measurement accuracy, legislative requirements, and purpose of use - from traffic research to direct ticketing. For optimal performance and measurement accuracy, it is always necessary to ensure full integration of the hardware and software components of CrossWIM.
Available variants: with induction loops, without induction loops

Crosswim direct enforcement
CrossWIM for direct enforcement helps, just like other systems, to weigh and measure vehicles even at high speeds. The advantage is that it is a certified system that provides evidence for administrative proceedings and automatically generates documentation for direct enforcement.
- ±3% accuracy
for 3 sensor rows - ±5% accuracy
for 2 sensor rows - Vehicle classification

- Weighing with typically accuracy of ± 3% (valid for 3 sensor rows) or ± 5% (valid for 2 sensor rows)
- Measurement of speed, number of axles, vehicle length, wheelbase, and axle weights
- Extended vehicle classification EN 8 + 1, EUR 13, COST 323
- Two induction loops per lane
- Two or three rows of weighing sensors per lane
- Diagonal row of piezo sensors for more accurate vehicle classification
CrossWim pre-selection
CrossWIM Pre-selection helps to classify traffic more accurately and weighs with an accuracy of ±7,5%. Based on the Watchdesk online system, you can deal with violations by diverting overloaded vehicles. Control weighing takes place on site on static or weigh-in-motion scales (Low-Speed CrossWIM).
- ±7,5% accuracy
- Coverage of up to 12 lanes

- Weighing with an accuracy of typically ±7,5%
- Measurement of speed, number of axles, vehicle length, wheelbase, and axle weights
- User-definable vehicle classification
- Two induction loops per lane
- One row of weighing sensors per lane
- Coverage of up to 12 lanes
CrossWIM statistics
CrossWIM Statistics helps you obtain accurate traffic data. It is useful for monitoring road congestion and providing detailed traffic statistics.
- ±20% accuracy
- Statistics data
- Vehicle clasification

- Weighing with typical accuracy of ±20%
- Measurement of speed, number of axles, vehicle length, wheelbase, and weight per axle
- User-definable vehicle classification
- 2 induction loops per lane
- 2 rows of PIEZO sensors per lane
- Coverage of up to 12 lanes
